Assertion-level context
Status is tied to compound, formulation, route, use, jurisdiction, effective date, source, reviewer status, and review date.
Publication gate
Profiles with missing support remain unpublished or explicitly incomplete. Research-only compounds are never presented as equivalent to licensed medicines.
