Each answer describes the current product contract. Important boundaries and controls are stated plainly rather than hidden behind a sign-up flow.
PeptideGrid is an organizational and educational web app for keeping an existing plan together. It records user-provided schedules, scheduled items, dose records, site entries, inventory, batches, corrections, and history. It does not create a treatment plan.
Yes. PeptideGrid is a mobile-first web app for organizing an existing peptide, GLP-1, hormone, or injectable plan. It connects schedules, recorded events, injection-site entries, batches, inventory, observations, and history without creating a treatment plan.
Yes. An existing hormone, HRT, or TRT injection routine can be organized as a plan with its schedule, recorded injections, site entries, batch context, and history. PeptideGrid does not recommend a hormone, dose, frequency, route, injection site, or treatment.
No. PeptideGrid records the site you select, shows previous site entries, and can apply an optional user-chosen rest interval. It does not recommend a site, rotation sequence, or injection technique.
It is for adults who already follow, or are organizing information about, an existing GLP-1, peptide, hormone, injectable, or similar routine. It can also help someone prepare questions for a qualified professional. It does not provide care or tell you whether a treatment is right for you.
No. PeptideGrid does not diagnose, prescribe, recommend a dose, route, injection site, compound, or treatment schedule, and it does not sell medication. It records what you enter and does not medically verify it.
Free account creation does not require payment details. Free supports one active plan. Draft, paused, and archived plans remain visible and do not count toward that active-plan limit.
Premium is for more complex organization: up to 10 active plans, views across plans, advanced filters, longer-range review, saved views, saved comparisons, and additional shortlists or question lists. Free keeps core dose records, corrections, exports, privacy, and deletion available. Premium is available at $6.99 per month or $59.99 per year; the yearly plan is about $5/month with yearly billing. Secure checkout confirms payment before access changes.
After signing in, open Account and choose billing settings. There you can update payment details, switch between monthly and yearly billing, or cancel. Cancellation stops the next renewal and takes effect at the end of the current paid period, so Premium remains active until then.
A failed payment can start a seven-day grace period. Update your payment method in billing settings to keep Premium active. If the issue is not resolved, Premium access expires and extra organization is paused without deleting your records. For billing questions, email support@peptidegrid.site.
The current public product information does not state a general refund policy. For a billing question, email support@peptidegrid.site and avoid including unnecessary health details.
PeptideGrid provides in-app reminders and alerts, and can use device reminders when the browser supports them and you grant permission. Reminder timing follows the schedule you supplied; it does not determine the schedule or guarantee delivery. Device reminders use generic wording by default: “You have a scheduled item due.” Detailed wording requires explicit opt-in.
Yes. A scheduled item is what your plan says should happen; a dose record is what you say happened. They remain separate. For example, Scheduled: Monday at 8:00 PM; Recorded: Monday at 8:17 PM. PeptideGrid does not medically verify completion.
A schedule change affects future scheduled items without rewriting earlier items or dose records. You review the proposed change before it is saved.
Yes. Supported corrections keep the original record and a clear correction history, with current values and any related inventory changes where applicable. A correction does not quietly erase the earlier record.
Complete exports and account deletion are available on every plan. Exports are private and expire. If export preparation is unavailable, the product tells you instead of claiming a file was created; account deletion can show that access is disabled while cleanup continues rather than claiming completion early.
Yes. The complete product works in a normal mobile or desktop browser, and installation is optional. On iPhone or iPad, Home Screen installation is required before device reminders can be enabled; browser support and permission still apply.
