Data access
Your records are separated from other accounts. Certificate of Analysis (COA) documents use private storage with temporary access when document handling is available.
Analytics boundary
Authenticated health details, notes, compounds, doses, reactions, and documents are not sent to product analytics.
Export and deletion
Exports are private and expire. If export preparation is unavailable, PeptideGrid reports that state instead of claiming a file was created. Account deletion disables access before cleanup and can show processing while account data is being removed.
Honest claims
The product does not claim zero knowledge, unverified HIPAA compliance, or that data can never be accessed under any circumstance.
